Dilemma

For years,your company has been trying to acquire the franchise to produce a Japanese software. Finally, the Japanese company has decided to grant you audience. They have given you the option to either do the presentations at their headquarters in Tokyo or do it via the internet.
Your CEO is in a dilemma. She doesn't know whether it will be better to do the presentations face to face or the mediated version of it. She has come to you as a communication expert. Advise her. Give reasons for the choice you make.

External vrs Internal

I just started my own company and I have 30 employees. So far, I have made some good business and I really cherish my new found customers. I work strongly on the believe that external communication is way better than internal communication and that, I should concentrate on my external stakeholders more than my workers. Do you think that my philosophy is right? Please give me encouragement or advice.
